Music cuts out or headphones disconnect: - Ensure a direct line of sight between the device and the headphone antenna - If the signal passes through your body, you may experience signal loss or disconnection - Try wearing the headphones with the antenna on the same side as your Vivoactive device - Experiment with wearing the watch on your other wrist, as headphone models may vary
